Reached my 15 pound goal for this challenge! I'm hoping to lose 5 more pounds by the end of the challenge to make it an even 20!!!

I clearly have not been doing good this week. I have had lots of stress and situations that I have had to deal with and I failed myself by eating junk. Thinking I would feel better so now I feel worse bc of it. I need to get back on track. I was so close to 150's and here I have jumped back up to 165. terrible!!!0 -
Ladies, the worst is almost over! Only one more month until spring, which means longer and warmer days are just around the corner!!!
Most people gain 7-10 pounds per year, and most of that during the winter. Maintaining or even losing any weight, during this challenge is a major success!!!0 -

Check-in: I'm a little late posting, but the date's right. I am just chugging along. I had a 2 week setback, but most of that belongs to day 80. Traveling got me started eating the wrong things and then I just continued for almost 2 weeks. So I really need to get back to my goal of consistency--no flour, no sugar. But, all and all, I'm doing okay!
