  • Worked on my booty game this week. I am determined to grow myself a nice curvy booty (and hoping it helps keep my lower back strong to prevent injury since over had my lower back go out on me twice before). Squats, especially sumo squats are becoming a favorite. Did some hip thrusters, butt machine, Deadlifts, and high bench step ups.

    Light week due to a head cold and another challenge that was focused on cardio. Did my universal routine on Thursday.

    Saturday I did some leg raises, crunches and walked backwards on the treadmill for 15 mins on 15 incline and 2 mph pace. SUCH a burn!!!
