Not sure where to start

Hey guys! I tried C25K once before over the summer and I let it go when my mom passed away. I've always really liked running but I wanted to structure it a bit so I could eventually run a 5K. My issue when I did it the first time and the issue that I'm running into now is that I have no idea where to start. Starting from the beginning is too easy for me but I don't want to skip too many weeks and injure myself.

Any advice on where to start?

Thanks!

It's probably a question ofwhere do you think is appropriate to start, and given that you've identified the need for the programme that's presumably in the first half of the programme?

The programme does split in two, with the first half being foundation and the latter half being about building on that to stretch yourself. With that in mind I'd suggest week three or week 4.

    Sorry for your loss.

When I had to restart after surgery, I figured out starting over wasn't necessary. Start with W3D1. If that's too easy, skip to W4D1. If that's too easy, move on to week 5.

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely give week 3 a go the next time I hit the gym. Thanks again!
