Well I seem to have set up my fitbit to synch with MFP okay. But I have one question about logging in cardio exercise. The Fitbit app instructs me to do this:
2. Record start times for all cardio exercises.
In order for your Fitbit tracker to accurately calculate your calorie burn, you'll need to record a start time for all cardio exercises you log on MyFitnessPal.
Okay, two questions:
1) If my cardio exercise consists of walking only, do I still need to record a start time?
2) If I do need to record a start time for walking exercise, where do I record that start time? On Fitbit, or on MFP?
Sorry for such a newbie question - be kind! I'm not usually this dense. I blame it on sugar withdrawal. LOL.
Thanks!

I use the MFP site for my exercise. I do this because, I can't get my fitbit to show my steps count in MFP....It will sync to your fitbit dashboard within a few mins... Hope this helps some. I'm a newbie too
