Hi guys, finished up Phase 2 last week. I can't say I'm amazed by the numbers for weight or bodyfat % changes but I'm really happy with the inches I've lost around my waist and upper hips so far. The measurements for my arms haven't changed much but I can see so much more definition in them than before when I flex them. The bodyfat % has gone up slightly since fasting (just doing it once a week now) so it's possible a bit of muscle mass was going. I might follow her recipes more carefully on my non-fasting days for Phase 3.
SW: 136lbs
CW: 129.4 lbs (goal for this week was 128 so almost 1.5lbs off)

Hi All! I measured this morning, as I am officially half way through the program!
- 1.5 inches off of upper chest
- 2 inch off of upper arms (I've noticed the biggest change here, with shirt sleeves fitting more loosely)
- 2 inches off upper thigh
- 1.5 inches off mid thigh
- 2 inches off hips
- 1.5 inches off calf
- no change in bust
- down 1.5 pounds, but am more focused on inches anyway!

I've lost maybe five pounds overall. Body fat has decreased from 32 to 24% (according to Accumeasure) and my calculations estimate 11 pounds of fat lost and 6 pounds of muscle gained. Did not measure inches. I feel stronger and have much better energy levels.0

I finished the Program last Week. I Did slack off weeks 10 - 12 and I didn't follow the diet plan. My goal was to lose 12 pounds by the end of the program. My starting weight was 168 and as of today I weight 158 Pound. So I Lost 10 Pounds with the BR. I got as low as 157 but I'll just call it at 158. This week I start T25 Gamma and after that I will give Insanity a try. I will absolutely do a second round of BR at some point with heavier weights.0
