Not showing steps for the whole day

Why does it show I only walked in the early morning? Lol not true. My other days show the steps graph all day long.

    Have you checked to see if your battery is low or dead? I'd start there.

    Mine started doing the same thing. The step goal is correct, which is the main thing, but it doesn't show the whole day, it just shows about an hour. I think it's something at their end and hopefully there'll be an app update soon. As long as it confirms the steps for the day and the calories then I'm not worried about it

    There's a new firmware update that I downloaded because mine was dying after only a few hours of use. It fixed it.
