Phase 3 and post-JMBR plans?

Today I start phase 3 and I'm starting to plan for what I'll do at the end. I'm debating another program like P90X3 or Insanity, or the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (Tom Venuto) intro fitness plan, but it's a toss-up. Repeating JMBR with heavier weights is an option for later this year - I think I need a few months off from the "torture tubes" and cardio DVDs. I'd love to hear what others are thinking!

I was just thinking the same thing. I may dust off my older JM DVDs or I may do a couple weeks of fitness blender.

I was thinking about this as well. I know Jillian recently released Body Shred which is I think is a 60 day program. Supposed to be tougher than Body Revolution & I don't think I have mastered Body Revolution yet!

My current thought is to repeat Body Revolution with heavier weights & 100% substitute running for cardio days. I don't know though as that is still 4 weeks away for me!

Once the growing season starts my job gets much less predictable during the day. So lunch runs may be hit or miss. The flip side is that it will be light after the girls go to bed so I could run in the late evenings.

I was also thinking of Body Revolution with heavir weights or ody Sherd. Unfortunately it is not yet available in Europe. I was also considering the ols 30 days shred or Rippes in 30 with hea ier weights

Hi; just found this group today. I'm on week 11, doing workouts 11 and 12 for the next 3 weeks. After that my plan is to do another round of Body Rev, but start with workouts 5 and 6, instead of going all the way back to workouts 1-4. That'll take me through Body Rev for another 9 weeks. After that, I think I'll be ready for Jillian's new program, Body Shred. I'm up for the challenge! My results have been life-changing with doing Body Rev and I'm not ready to move on from Jillian just yet. :D

Not sure yet. I'm just about to start Week 11. We're going to Thailand for almost a month about a week after Week 12. I think I might take a couple of the cardio CD's and Ri30. When we came back, I was planning on trying Body for Life again which is an old 12 week program we bought the book for in 2001 but never got around to completing. It's very different to Jillian though - the focus is very much on lifting heavy but still HIIT when it comes to the Cardio portion.
