The February challenge started by Charlie was really beneficial, for me at least.
Does anyone want to do a March challenge? It doesn't have to be weight loss (although it can be), but can be habit, exercise, binge (i.e.) related. Just state your personal goal, then we'll check in next Tuesday.
With this group, we'll come in like lions in March... and go out of March the same way!

I'm in. I will do my neck, back and hip exercises. Cannot promise steps at this point w/ankle/leg. Will do what I can when I can.0

I very much want to do this challenge. I am going to focus on weight loss this month. I would like to shed 6 pounds by the end of March. I realize that is really pushing the bar but I really do want to do this.

Add me, please. This month I'll concentrate on toning. I'll commit to 300 minutes a week of exercises and light weight training, (and tennis or swimming in lieu of when possible). I'll still meet the 10,000 daily step goal.0
