Hello Everyone!
Just thought I'd pop in to say hello! I love the great outdoors, but only have experience with small day hikes so far. Next month I am going on vacation and will be spending a whole week traveling, camping, and hiking. I am crazy excited for it! I'll be hitting up the Mesa VerdeCO area, Zion Park UT, Page Arizona & Grand Canyon areas, as well as Goblin Valley UT area. If anyone has any trail or camping suggestions I would love to hear them (I'd like something easy-moderate, since I'm inexperienced. I want a challenge, but still be able to hike again the next day, lol). Thanks for reading and happy trails to all!

I've visited the area a couple of times, but am not an expert. Having said that, if you are near the Canyonlands and Arches area, visit those. The trail is steep to get to the famous delicate arch, but it is doable for even a beginner. Give yourself plenty of time, carry the 10 essentials (especially water), and have good footwear and non-cotton clothing. It won't be an easy hike, but it is doable for even beginners. And it is worth it. For some easier hikes, head over to Canyonlands down the road.0

You're welcome. By the way, my profile pic is a selfie taken on my visit to Zion National Park last May. Zion is beautiful. If you go to Arches and Canyonlands in the same day, go to Arches first and Canyonlands last in order to take in views of the sunset from Canyonlands.
Also, if you haven't gotten a National Parks Pass (American the Beautiful Pass), consider doing that as it may just save some money.
Keep in mind that you will not be driving into Zion National Park. There is a free shuttle, but you might want to look into when and where it runs during the days you are there. There is a shuttle in the town, so if you can park along the street and walk to the nearest shuttle, that is easiest. Then you will need to walk into the park, pay the fee/show your pass, and get on the Zion park shuttle to go to the section of the park you want to hike.0
