I love these kind of challenges! It's so helpful. :) Even though I'm late, my goal is to lose 5-7 pounds by Easter. And hoping after this challenge, there will be more! I hope everyone else is doing well!

    Also to add in, I'm starting at 180 even and my goal weight is 135

    My daily goal:
    Do 30 Day Shred Level 1 Day 3
    Drink 8 cups of water
    Stay under my calorie goal
