For the first time in about 16 years, I am at 180. At almost 9 weeks post op, I couldn't be more pleased. Went to buy new jeans and the size I thought I needed was too big! So exciting! My husband, who is naturally fit, says I have inspired him to get more exercise and eat healthy. I am working so hard at this and learning so much, but the results are astounding.
