When tracking, what are the targets your looking for in terms of grams of carb, and protein? I started about 6 and a half weeks ago -- I have lost 34 pounds. I am just now starting to track instead of just guessing throughout the day. Any insight you have to share will help (as far as what works and what has not worked for you).

    Have you used this? http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

Set to sedentary and adjust to the deficit you would like to target.

Yes, the Ankerl keto calculator is great.

I am a middle aged woman and I shoot for 75-100 g protein, 80-100 g fat and 35 total carbs or fewer a day (total carbs can range from under 20-50, though). I have MFP set to 10% carbs, 25% protein and 65% fat. Some people like to see a higher fat percentage, but when your body is losing weight some of the calories you are burning comes from body fat, so the true fat percentage used by your body is higher than what your dietary levels are.
