Fitness Pal Kale & Egg recipe

I made this recipe from a Fitness Pal email I received recently. It was so easy, healthy & tasty.
I switched it up a little. Sauteed the kale in olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. To save time I sprinkled shredded parmesan over the kale instead of making the parmesan chips.

I had plans for something similar for dinner tonight. I am going to try the dressing. That is my main down fall when it comes to eating clean. Dressing are easy but I fall back on the store ones.0

I always wondered why restaurant dressing was soooooooo much better than the store bought bottled. Then I made my own, and figured it out. The restaurants (at least the better ones) are making their own dressings! YUM. So much better. Haven't bought a bottle since.0
