Back to band basics

Hi!
I am new to MFP and am recommitting to my banded lifestyle.
I had Lapband surgery 5 years ago and lost 120lbs over 2 years. Since that original loss, I have plateaued and eventually gained a good chunk back (between a miscarriage and then the birth of my son May 2014) as I required a complete defill due to complications.
My first LONG term goal is to get to my pre-wedding weight of 205lbs. My heaviest pre-band weight was 325lbs and I am currently sitting at a depressing 282lbs. The baby bug has bitten and I really want to get my life in order before adding a second child to the mix.
I had one fill in the fall and have my next scheduled next week. I struggle with not eating slider foods. I just get so wrapped up in what my son needs that I forget to eat, feel starved, and get stuck on the first thing I eat. I am looking to meet some other individuals who may have some advice to help get me back to the basics.
Cheers!

I recommitted this week. I still have 10cc in my band, but had put 20lbs back on of the 50 I lost. I started with my doctor's nutritionist and we came up with a meal plan, recipes etc.. For the next week I am only eating foods on her list (lots of lean protein) no bread/rice/crackers etc... then will evaluate a fill next week. I had 2cc taken out last summer when I had some family stuff going on that prevented me from eating correctly and I was getting stuck.
We spent an hour going over how to eat with the lapband, I was doing so much wrong.0
