Insanity max 30 with weight training in gym, P90 X3 or on its own?

I am in week 9 out of 12 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and am fairly pleased with my results so far. Some of it has been hard, but a lot of it is doable.
Once I finish I want to take it to the next level and do Insanity Max 30 but don't know if there is enough of a strength training element with the body weight exercises to prevent me losing the little muscle I have while doing this or not.
For anyone who's done this what are your thoughts? I could alternate Max 30 with either strength training in the gym 2-3 days a week or do a hybrid with P90X3 or do it on its own without adding in anything else but not sure which option will get me the best results.
I'm trying to lose another 22lbs and I want to primarily lose body fat but I don't want to lose too much muscle along the way.

Yes but my question is, is this really necessary or would Max 30 be enough on its own?0

I would recommend a hybrid of some sort. I haven't done Max 30 but have heard it's very similar to the original Insanity so I don't know if that would be enough on it's own. I'm in the middle of a P90X/Insanity hybrid and have been pleased with the results.0

Thanks Rtmccall. I've still just over 2 weeks until I start but I've designed my own hybrid schedule, basically following the Max 30 schedule which is only 5 days and adding in the bonus Ab Maximiser workouts 3 days a week which ads another 15 minutes so I'll be doing 45 minutes on those days.
In addition, the Max 30 schedule suggests either a rest day on Saturday and rest day on Sunday or a 'pulse' workout on Saturday so I'm going to do that alternate weeks on Saturdays along with the Abs workout. The other weeks I'll do Yoga X from P90X3 as I really like Yoga and then every Sunday I am going to do an upper body/arm workout in the gym or from P90X3 as I've been reading some reviews which have said that the workouts are too leg heavy.
I think that will be enough for me, it's a kind of hybrid which simply adds to the original schedule so I'll still do the full program on the days suggested and in the order suggested with some added extras. I have been going to a Pilates class every Monday evening too and my Max 30 workouts will generally be in the morning so I might continue to do that but we will see as I might find it too much.
I'm also doing the 5:2 diet which is a form of intermittent fasting so 2 days a week I only eat 500 calories so I'll make my fast days my Max 30 cardio days and will do it in the morning as I don't want to run out of energy.0
