For those of you who want to participate in the accountability questions, challenge yourself to answer the following 3 questions at the end of every day --

Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today?
Did you stay under your calorie limit?
Were you active for at least 20 minutes?

    This past week I have been so unmotivated. I must not be going too far off-track, though, because I'm still losing weight. But starting today (Monday), my goal is to get back on track. If I can lose about a pound per 10-day cycle, then I will be at my final goal weight! :smiley:

    Feeling very sick...trying to stay on track for my diet but I really cant push my body to work out without feeling like i am about to pass out

    Did 15 mins of workout videos + 20 min walk. Must remember to stretch after working out at home however, bit sore today!

    * Still sick...so congested that I am not going to risk workout out...so short walks it is!

    I was a little sporadic about logging yesterday, but I'm still losing weight, so that's a good sign. :smile:

    Did you stay under your calorie limit? yes, but went over in carbs (damn you mochi!)
    Were you active for at least 20 minutes? no, only a 12min stretch

    * finally getting over this bug...thankfully only my workouts have suffered and not my food choices

    Went to a friend's house, and it's always so hard to track calories, so I gave up on it. But, I had small portions and didn't eat much else for the rest of the day, so I should have been at least close to my calorie range.
