This is great! I wish I could make everyone watch LCHF videos. They just think this is an unhealthy fad.

Going to take my computer into my studio so I can watch these while I work my glass. Thanks for sharing.0

I watched this video a few weeks ago, it is great. It seems as though the United States exported its SAD diet around the world. Everyone is figuring out that a Ketogenic/ LCHF is good for you.

Dr. Robert Lustig is amazing. I saw him in the documentary Fed Up, which got me wanting to make changes to my diet, and then watched his youtube video "Sugar, A Bitter Truth" that has over 5 million views. Very in depth and then his other video "Fat Chance Fructose 2.0" thats an update with more research.
These videos completely changed my view on sugar.
This is the shortest and easiest to understand of his videos. Why sugar is killing us. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Prof. Noakes, Dr. Phinney, Dr. Zeeshan Arain, Caryn ZInn (who fought with the entire NZ dietitians group to promote LCHF!!!! Look up :LOW CARB DOWN UNDER on youtube-

I *love* that series of videos KETOGENICGURL. I've watched the whole lot through twice. It's where I first 'met' Professor Noakes, who I love to bits, and Dr Arain is so sweet. If I need medical attention I think I'll take the 3 hour flight each way to see Dr Arain in Melbourne.
[Trivia... For all you non-Australians, you pronounce Melbourne 'Mel bun'.]0 -

I used a lot of these video's as a kind of research before trying Keto. I enjoy what they have to say a lot.0
