Home cooking - with calories in mind

I love to cook and need help staying on track. I was excited to see the zoodles in your pictures above as they've become a favorite of mine. I'm always looking to shake up what I'm eating but need to keep it healthy. I have 3 kids and try to prepare all my meals for the week in one big blast on the weekends so making sure they're good to reheat or finish cooking at the last minute is a primary focus.0

I have an inexpensive spiralizer from the "as seen on tv" section of the CVS. I'm considering replacing it with a crank handle version as the one I have is a little labor intensive and wastes a portion of the zucchini.

I have this spirilizer: http://www.amazon.com/Paderno-World-Cuisine-A4982799-Tri-Blade/dp/B0007Y9WHQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1426089188&sr=8-1&keywords=spiralizer
It works really well. I've used it on zucchini, potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples and cucumbers.0 -

Thanks for sharing ... Am going to load it in my amazon cart in hopes that hubs makes a purchase... Much nicer than the one I'm currently using.0 -
Tonight I cooked the most satisfying whole30 dish to date ... Walnut pesto stuffed chicken breasts. It was a little high in calories, but hit all the right notes!0
