Baked chicken ways?
We eat baked chicken thighs or whole wings a fair amount. Our usual 2 ways are either: rubbed with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, and lemon; or marinated in soy sauce/water, chinese 5 spice powder, and star anise. We do the chinese more often because I cheat on the time by boiling them in the marinade for a few mins…

Have had quite a busy weekend. Drinks w/ friends, baby shower, German themed beer birthday bash for friend tonight. Sticking to water and the veggie platter is not so fun. Tips for having a good time w/o paying too big a price?

It's hard to diet when you are a foodie/winie. My husband and I are all about fresh, local, farm to table, etc. (All the buzz words) Anyway, just got back from a short trip that involved lots of eating. Now have to get back on track. I am doing low carb this time and miss using flour and eating bread SO much! ouch. I miss sushi rice and noodles
