Baked chicken ways?

We eat baked chicken thighs or whole wings a fair amount. Our usual 2 ways are either: rubbed with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, and lemon; or marinated in soy sauce/water, chinese 5 spice powder, and star anise. We do the chinese more often because I cheat on the time by boiling them in the marinade for a few mins to cut down on the baking time. Would love to hear if y'all have any go-to ways of baking chicken.
