Morning all. So it looks like I lost everything I gained the last two weeks plus an additional .2 lbs. :) Yay. Hopefully I can keep this up and stick with adding the extra long walk day at the rescue in on the weekends. I have a 5k that I plan to run on Easter morning which may end up being a little tricky. With all this snow and ice on the ground I haven't had a chance to start running yet this year. As much as i love the snow I would like it to warm up enough so I can start training again.

How did everyone else do this week?

I'm still up a bit since my vacation. I'm blaming it on recovering from some injuries, but my head has not been in this and my workouts haven't been as intense as I like, so I'm hoping to refocus this coming week. I'm trying to figure out my maintenance calories also, I think.

I lost last week! I have been going strong on the workouts. We did staggered pushups yesterday in STEP class. Oh my arms are killing me. Today is Power class then Kick class. I am really going to hurt tomorrow!!!

I am up 1.5 pounds this weight in. We had a fun weekend of Cajun food(mudbugs), alcohol(hurricanes), dancing and gambling. It's a new week with new goals and a new outlook.

I am up 2 lbs this week. Way to much just no food and not nearly enough sleep or exercise. Hopefully will do better this upcoming week.

There are times that gaining a couple of pounds is worth it, I would happily gain a couple of pounds for some good Cajun food! You will get it off pretty quickly I bet. Drink lots of water this week! I am glad that you had a fun weekend. :)

Way to go!! You are doing awesome! And, just so you know, I haven't even attempted a pushup in over 20 years. You have inspired me to give it a shot!

What kind of pedometer do you use? Im going this weekend to replace my fitbit that broke a few months ago. I plan on getting a new zip. I got so use to wearing it that not having it now feels weird.

My goal this week is to get that water in. I get so busy I forget and trying to get 20 ozs in before dinner is really hard. I am getting the sniffles and I hope it doesn't get any worse.

well My eyes were a mess yesterday from the cold or whatever. I walked and did a power class, but decided I had enough and didn't do kick. I feel good today. Eyes are much better, and sniffles are gone. I have not lost weight this week, but my size 10 pants are getting looser. Take care my friends.

I thought I couldn't do it and yes they are tough. And I do them on knees half way through. But as I am getting stronger I am doing more and more pushups. Burpees on the other hand just aren't my thing. I do a modified version of them, but maybe in a year who knows?
