Week 10 day 2

I still struggled with workout 10 today - especially the jumps with weights. Anyone else out there on week 10? How did you find day 2? I can't believe I'm almost at the last set of DVDs.

    I just did the second time of workout 10 for week 9. It was better. But my body (legs & shoulders especially) is sore and stiff.

    The reverse plank with kicks does me in every single time. Can't recall if that was workout 9 or 10. Kills me. I'm glad I didn't preview the higher level DVDs when I got the program because I probably would've bailed then and there!

    Loving it! Have never felt as strong in my life. Especially upper body I have been weak. Think my arms are almost looking muscular :wink:

    My wife and I are approaching this differently. We are not moving off a pair of discs until we have them mastered. We are on Weeks 3 and 4, Cardio 1, and have been doing this since January! My goal is to get through the entire program this year! We are in our fifties and have spent the last 15 years on the couch, so we are finding this program to be challenging. The good news: my wife has lost 15 pounds and is almost at goal; I am down 22 pounds. Getting stronger, leaner, and more flexible everyday!
