Spring has sprung! Well...hopefully! It should be sprung by now! :-)

Leg raises, mountain climbers and punches! A pretty easy month I think! With the punches...you can do them with weights or without!

April 1
Leg raises - 5
Mountain climbers - 8
Punches - 10 seconds

April 2
Leg raises - 5
Mountain climbers - 10
Punches - 20 seconds

April 3
Leg raises - 10
Mountain climbers - 10
Punches - 30 seconds

April 4
Rest Day

April 5
Leg raises - 10
Mountain climbers - 10
Punches - 40 seconds

April 6
Leg raises - 15
Mountain climbers - 10
Punches - 50 seconds

April 7
Leg raises - 15
Mountain climbers - 12
Punches - 60 seconds

April 8
Rest Day

April 9
Leg raises - 20
Mountain climbers - 12
Punches - 70 seconds

April 10
Leg raises - 20
Mountain climbers - 15
Punches - 80 seconds

Mountain climbers - 15

    a) Begin in a plank position with your feet shoulder width apart.

    b) Bend your knee and jump up, bringing your left thigh under the left side of your upper body leaving your right leg behind you.

    c) Squeeze the abs and glutes tightly as you return your left leg to its original position.

    d) Quickly repeat the movement with the opposite leg.

    Tip: Keep your pace as fast as you can and try not to stick your glutes in the air.
