    I start with a medium coffee with 2 milk....then by 9am I have an Arbonne protein shake with 2 scoops ...then a banana around 11....that helps me get to lunch :)

    Echinacea tea, porridge,and banana most mornings. Occasionally a Toastie with granary bread and shaved goats cheese over sliced tomatoey and cucumber, or a boiled egg with granary bread.

    Today I tried a green smoothie. I am still trying to finish it. It is very filling!
