It's mid-March already... How are those goals coming???
I'm down about 5 lbs, but still working on eating within an hour of waking up.

I was down 3 of my 10 goal pounds, but feeling like I have gained since this weekend. Exercise still has been elusive lets just say. I did ski for 2 days this past week but regular exercise is hit or miss.0

Down 4 or 5 I believe. Stalled the first week but made some changes now I'm losing again.0

I've been slacking. Need to get my head in the right place. Spent the first 2 weeks stressing over a bunch of stuff and reverting to stress eating. I'm back in it though!0
