I haven't used myfitnesspal for a few months now, but I'm getting back on it. All of a sudden, my recommended sugar for one day is 45g where it used to be 24g (before working out). I have the same goal, to lose a pound a week. I'm just wondering why the sugar intake went up? Does anyone know? Thanks.

That seems really high to me. I don't think you should go over 30g of sugar. However it also depends on where the sugar is coming from. Stay away from anything processed!
    Natural sugars are better.

See, I was thinking that was low. I had an apple, some 2% milk, and chex cereal and I've met my sugar for the day. I guess to find a new breakfast.
