Hi @Soybeaner , yes, definitely my running has improved. Could be a few different things: less weight, better muscle twitch response with Jillian's plyo, better overall strength (especially core) and/or rehab of a persistent hip injury. These first few spring runs have been way better than in previous years. Have you tried a heart rate monitor?
