I am finding free printables online for tracking the food. Here's one I found on Team Beachbody. Just print pages 2 & 3 because the first shows you how to fill it in (even though it's pretty self explanatory).

I've noticed more than a few people use 21 Day Fix repeatedly, cycling through the 21 days more than once. If you use the measurement chart and want to keep track when you go a second time around, you can use this chart to track your progress. Or you can use this from the start. Whatever works for you.0 -
