Good morning! Happy Hump Day!
I hit my goals yesterday. Even though I swam a little less distance than normal yesterday, I was able to swim for longer stretches in between rests.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. Rest!

SingRunTing how much do you normally swim? I am asking because I just started swimming again and am looking for a good distance.
I'm here late but I still set my goals this morning. A planned rest day turned in to 2 hours of baseball with my sisters. But I am definitely over calories today because I wasn't trying to be good. Hopefully tomorrow will be a good workout day too. I have some painful bumps and bruises from baseball but I'm icing tonight and hopefully I will be good to go again tomorrow.
I hope everyone had a good day today!!0 -

I'm really not the right person to ask. I'm new to swimming too! I usually only swim 600-800 yards and that's tough for me.
But here's a link to the workouts that I've been using. They seem solid to me.

Thank you SingRunTing!! Those workouts look really good. I think I will start incoorporating them. I usually swim a lot more than 600 yards but I'm sure I could modify them to fit how many I want to do that day. I really like how it gives you things to work on and builds up gradually. I can't wait to get back in the pool now!0
