Ok so been following atkins for last 4 days and have been deducting fibre from carbs to get net carb value only to discover somewhere online that fibre has already been deducted from carbs in food in the UK...

    It's deducted from food in Australia too.

    The easy way to tell by the label is how it's listed. In the US Carbs are in bold and then fiber is smaller type indented under the Carb heading. (just like an outline)

    In the UK ans Aus, Carbs are in bold and Fiber is in bold and have the same hierarchy (no indent)

    I guess it was an easy mistake to make, so back to square 1 again today. But overall I have felt great and not hungry at all
