Eek...starting T25! Slightly scared....any tips?!

Hi everybody! I've been on my fitness pal for a little while now but have kept myself to myself! So I've decided as Im starting T25 today to join your group and hopefully share the experience with others who are doing the same programme. This will be my first beach body programme, was mainly doing Jillian Michaels, she's helped me lose 24lbs. Want to lose about that again.
Is anyone else starting out...or just on the Alpha phase? Has anyone got any tips for me?

    Pay attention to Tanya, instead of stopping for a breather do the lower impact version she's doing. Just keep going for the 25 minutes. It's okay to do the lower impact if you need to, by the end of the phase you'll be doing it unmodified.

    I'm starting week three today I'm still following Tonya a lot but I love the program! I can't wait to see how string I am this week.
