Gallbladder problems on keto?

Hi all, I'm new to the group, I've been eating keto for about 3 1/2 weeks and I'm down 10 lb so far (about 40 to go).
Back in December, I was in the ER for a possible gallbladder problem... They did some tests that all came back normal, except an intestinal biopsy that showed inflammation/damage consistent with celiac. But all gallbladder tests were normal, in spite of the persistent right upper quadrant pain.
For awhile before I changed my eating, the pain had gone away, but now for the past week or two it's been back- just under my ribs on the right side, starting maybe 15 mins after I eat or drink BPC... The nurse practitioner I saw when they did the testing said if it was my gallbladder, I needed to eat low fat to keep it from getting inflamed, which obviously isn't an option on keto, and losing weight and controlling my blood sugar are honestly more important to me than keeping my gb...
Anyone have a similar experience? Is it safe to continue keto? And is this maybe just the proof I need that there is actually something going on in spite of the negative tests? ;) Does anyone know from personal experience how having my gallbladder removed would affect my life on keto?

Even after having gallbladder surgery, I still had problems - UNTIL I DROPPED MY CARBS. Once getting to keto levels, all my problems eased, some completely, some just to manageable levels. There were some great links posted maybe back in January/early February about actually restoring gallbladder health WITH high fats. Hopefully someone will see this and repost them. If not, I'll see if I can dig them up.

Cutting fats with gallbladder issues is usually like putting a bandaid on a gaping wound instead of using stitches to repair the damage.

And if you can repair your gallbladder health, oh hell no, don't have it removed. The hell I've been though in the last 14+ years, I would not wish on anyone. If I had known then I could repair my gallbladder, I would have NEVER had surgery.

Okay, here is some of it...
I was reading http://www.dietdoctor.com/gallstones-and-low-carb (and all the links to the studies on that site) and http://gut.bmj.com/content/54/6/823.abstract and http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/low-carb-diets/get-rid-gallstones-without-surgery/ and http://www.atkins.com/how-it-works/library/articles/dealing-with-gallbladder-disorders and http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/low-carb-diets/carbohydrates-and-gallstones/

“Visceral fat is by far more dangerous than subcutaneous fat. According to the Harvard Family Health Guide, intra-abdominal fat is a key player in cardiovascular disease and Type 2 diabetes in men and women and breast cancer and the need for gallbladder surgery in women.”

VISCERAL FAT LOSS. **This goes first!** So don’t be disheartened if you are not yet changing shape or losing inches/centimetres. It’s the dangerous-to-your-health fat that’s coming away so that’s truly exciting – isn’t it???

If you need more info or context, don't hesitate to holler!

And it stands to reason that might get slightly aggravated before it gets better due to system transition. I'd just monitor it all!

I had feelings of nausea after raising my fat intake to about 300g a day. What helped me was a liver tonic from the health food store. It tastes pretty foul but I can handle the extra fat now without more than very mild queasiness.

@FXOjafar What is "liver tonic?" What is it meant to do? I've not heard of this and would love to know more!
