2015- EAT MY DUST: Weigh in - WEEK 11 (w/c 26 Mar)
Welcome to week 11! You are almost there! Just one more week to go to the end of this challenge. Grab a leek or a head of broccoli and beat back those cookie monsters and other temptations and stay on track for another week! You can do this! See you here next week for thios challenge's final weigh in!
Another good week for me, still back home with a steady eating routine, and the daily exercise routine continued on from last week (until rain stopped play yesterday) so that is hopefully forming a new great habit for me. Unfortunately I will be away again for a few days, hence the day early weigh in and likely a few missed workouts but back to routine immediately after that for the final sprint to the finish line. Unlikely, almost impossible, that I will make my original challenge goal now, but I have taken a step towards it and will just carry the shortfall over into the next challenge we start after this one. I will renew my determination to get there, and if you are in a similar situation I hope you do the same. So, to get ready for that and for this final challenge week, start today and get those veggies in, measure right, and move that *kitten* more! Good Luck All! Have a great week!

My food has been good all week except for yesterday- Bulimia relapse- the worst in quite a long time. So the gain is completely understandable- actually expected more. Pick myself up and move on. I didn't want to weigh but being consistent is part of recovery.

Good loss for me this week. Clearly I will not make my original goal. To many back sliding weeks. 2/3 of the way there though.. One more good week and I will be very close to my healthy BMI number.
KA pick yourself up and dust off! I am happy to see that even though the results weren't good you still held yourself accountable.

No change this week which I am very happy about. After 9 straight days of working 9-10 hours a day with few breaks and too many meals at my desk I'm pleased. More importantly I managed to only eat fast food once and afterwards I was reminded why that was my goal. Talk about bloat & feeling fat Definitely should have stuck with the salads and extra veggies.
