I am 3 years post-surgery and I currently eat around 900-1200 NET calories. My nutritionist wants me at 1200 calories but somedays, I just can't do it since I work out 5 days a week and burn around 600-800 each day.0

I'm 8 months out and have lost 100# so far would like to lose 10 more. My NUT said I'm on maintenance now and to start with 1200 calories, keep up my exercise program and weigh once a week. My weight went down a pound or two then up 5 pounds. The increased weight bummed me out, but then back down to where I started. We'll see what next week has.

I am 18 months out and maintaining goal weight with 2200 calories (MFP calculations) as a baseline. I also eat back my exercise calories (tracked with Fit-Bit). It is amazing how normal my eating has become. Never thought this could happen.
Key: I still weigh, measure or scan as much as resonably possible.0
