Good morning all. I was (and still am but starting to improve) suffering from a nasty cold and flu last week. As a result of no appetite or energy, I'm down another 1.5 pounds. which is way too low below my goal weight for me. I need to gain at least 2 more pounds, so I'll be 2 pounds below my goal instead of 4. Who ever would have thought I'd be looking to gain??? I hope everyone had a great week.

thats not a good way to loose weight - probably when you feel better you will put a couple back on. Hope you feel well soon.
I have lost another .5 lbs this week, happy with that, because it has been one high stress week! Stress = eat for me. Hope ya'll have a good week

I stayed the same so far this week. But if anything changes I will post it later in the week. I usually post something in the community and the next day have some movement up or down, never on the day I want to report.
Computershateme: I wouldn't be too concerned about being under 4 lbs. we all fluctuate so very much. Probably some extra dehydration going on due to the cold.0 -
@Computershateme I hope you bounce back from the cold soon. Really takes it out of you. Agree in ng with @retirehappy. Perhaps it's being low on fluids.0
