So 4 days since my sleeve surgery and while I can't have anything but liquids yet my appetite is going crazy. I want to eat everything in sight and large amounts of it. What gives does anyone know?

    Is it head- hunger. I didn't even want to swallow my saliva for a while. Lol. As long as you don't give in to it, things should fall into place.

    ha that made me giggle I have started a list of each phase forward what I am going to have. Made hubby tacos today oh my I had to walk away big time with that one.

    I wasn't hungry, per-se, but the head-craving for my old comfort foods has been really strong. (Tacos, man. That would be my undoing.)
