Anyone here following low carb diet and vegetarian? Currently following atkins 20g and less a day. Would love some friends to compare diarys with.

    I was looking for Vegan low carb ish :)

    do you guys did try this? would be interested.. think its hard to keep ketosis without restricting too much food choices right?


    wanted to start vegan after easter.. never did anything like this before ^^
