Somehow my ticker and daily MYA log got off kilter. Here is the run down for the month...

There seems to be a trend here... When I ride, I don't walk with Cora, my blue heeler. But she is just as happy (or happier) with 30 minutes of fetch, Frisbee and tug-of-war than if we go on a 40min walk on a leash. So it's win/win for us both.

Added 3 more miles today, I have no idea how, since I also drove an hour to visit Dad in the nursing home and then drove back an hour to work 5 more hours.
March total 71 miles. 2 days and only 4 more miles? I've got this.

I b!thched my husband into walking with me the last couple of days after his Dr said to move a little more to lower his cholesterol level. He works very hard on our farm plus custom grain hauls which entails lot's of shoveling & his weight is down but cholesterol is a problem in his family. We did 2.5 both days & then after my weightlifting I rode 7.5 on my ex bike. Doing all with this lovely cough, but I will admit I feel I'm getter better!
Happy birthday Kar, your desert made my mouth water & I hope you enjoyed every bite! My 56th is on Tuesday & my wish is to have a granddaughter. They were told 5 days & that fifth day is on the 31st. They did not want to know the sex beings they already have two boys. A granddaughter would be sooo nice but if not nana will love them anyway!!!

As of March 29, I walked 201.1 miles. I met my goal of 200 miles of walking. I will be cutting down hours for walking because I know I will be traveling sometimes plus, I plan on getting my bike out and ride at least twice. (All depends on weather).0

Saturday morning, I rode my bike in support of a local run (paced the 5k, plus cheered on the 1/2 marathoners) for a total of 7.27 miles. Then I went for my last long run before my upcoming 1/2 marathon. 12 mile run plus a mile of walking.
I have run almost 110 miles this month (that's just running, not including warm-up and cool down walking!) and I still have 1 more run scheduled. This from someone who HATED running most of my life! My mind is blown!0 -
