I'm in the same boat! I breastfeed my 2 year old but not as often by any means. I bf in the morning at night and naptimes and occasionally in between. I have no idea how many calories she's really getting or how many I'm losing. I was scared to cut calories at first because I thought she wouldn't have any milk but it doesn't seem to have an impact. So I'm not sure, I just don't account it in my diet. I'm sure you're losing calories though, especially with how much your little one nurses.
