I'm still a newby, adjusting . . . I want to fry chicken, etc., with a crunchy crust. Also other recipes I used to put flour into. I have seen some people talk about coconut flour. What other flours could I use without blowing my 20g carbs?

I count calories so not sure this will help but try panko or seasoned bread crumbs with some Parmesan cheese, salt pepper and garlic (measure 1st). Look up oven oven baked chicken/ pork recipes from allrecipes.com

Pork rinds or parmesan cheese. Or a combination of both.

I use brown rice flour. If you like chicken wings you can coat cauliflower in rice flour with water and bake at 350° until brown. Then add hot sauce or wing sauce. It's great!
