I want to lose approximately 5 pounds, but my goal has more to do with starting up a more healthy lifestyle. I want to be more muscular as well, not just skinnier.0

My original goal was 22 pounds, only eleven more to go! I would prefer 10 pounds this month, I don't exercise much and I'm patient so I'll take 5.0

I just started Monday and already down 6 pounds but I went to drinking a case of dr pepper and bunches of energy drinks to none!! That's probably why I have lost so much this week I am sure the weeks to come won't be like that. I would love to lose a total of 15 lbs this month0

My next mini goal is about 2kgs away (I think, I haven't checked the scale in a couple of weeks). Not sure what that is in pounds... The one after that is another 2,5 kgs later.0
