I love when the scale tells me I've lost weight but sometimes you've just got to be able to see it. I don't have any good photos of my before weight but this one makes me so very happy! What NSV have you celebrated this week that you absolutely love?

    Awesome NSV! Those photos really show a difference. My NSV for the week is I went to Ruby Tuesday's for dinner last night. Ordered pasta replaced with spaghetti squash. They brought out the regular pasta and I sent it back! Plus, I only ate half of the dish!

    One of our karate students came to me and said, "All I can think is holy boobs!" hahaha

    Wahoooo!!! That's huge! I still don't think I could trust myself around pasta; I'm half Italian and the love of all pasta runs deep!

    I love that one...It is so much work to paint the toes right now. Can't wait until it gets easier!
