    Yup. Agreed. I eat as clean as possible. . Minus my occasional coffee and cinnamon roll. Lol

    Agreed as well. I've had great success with the anti-candida diet, and am a very clean eater (other than the occasional treat, of course).

    I am convinced I have a candida problem, and I keep forgetting to ask my doctor about it! You can tell if I've been eating sweets or drinking alcohol just by looking at the skin on my left calf and knee! I have an almost full bottle of Candex, which cleared it all up years ago, and I keep forgetting to take it!
