    Hi from sunny South Africa! My motivation in this healthy lifestyle change is my sport. I'm a fencer and last year I did pretty well without even trying so this year I am super motivated to see how I do if I really put in some hard training. I want to drop the extra weight and improve my fitness so that I can be faster on the piste. Doing pretty well this year so far! This month I will be spending 10 days out of town, 6 of which will be waddling (walking) to raise awareness for our endangered penguins.

    Hey there..

    I'm Kay, from Toronto, 31, hoping to lose 7-10 lbs in April.
    I've been spiritually following my own challenge then I stumbled on this group.
    So far 2 lbs down, but that's with Easter happening :D
    So hopefully the loss should pick up now..

    I'm as well 31 and want to lose 10 - 15 pounds as well. I thought we might be good support for each other. Add me if you think it's a good fit for you :)
