I just started Monday! Started at 183 and now 176!! Now if I can just pull through this first weekend! Lol0

I just got back into my routine on today my starting weight is 274 and today I met up with my workout buddy and we started training for my 2nd 5k and her first. I haven't weighed in yet but I will weigh in by the 8th.0

I started Wednesday. well I actually start eating less last 2 weeks, but i started working out Wednesday. so far so good. am only walking and jogging mix but i will be adding more sometime next week. strength training. and my weight in will be on 8th too.0

I started on the 1st and weighed 141 pounds. I will weigh myself on the 8th0

I feel so good! I went walking at lunch and then did another mile after work. Today I walked a total of 54 minutes and burned 371 calories.0

I started 3/30! And weighed 180! I usually weigh daily but I understand it fluctuates I always go by the first one at 8am after usually the bathroom!0

I lost 1 lbs last week. I weigh myself on Friday's.0

I only lost 0.6 lbs but its ok I will take it cause I hadn't worked out this pass couple of days. well I couldn't really I've been sick pms cramping like crazy runny nose, sneeze every second al in all i feel like crap am hoping I will feel better soon so I can start working out again.
