How well would doing the exercises in this challenge help with the extra "flab" around my mid section? It's a result of the large amount of weight I lost a couple years ago0

I could possibly help Melissa. When someone loses a good amount of weight there is elasticity from the skin stretching. It's possible that it could help tighten that area for you. I was thinking about you for when you have your knee surgery.0

I could only get as far as the toe touches and only one set. I did this after a 48 minute workout of Piyo drench.0
