I have 2 questions for you and PLEASE be honest with yourself. Your body is designed to be healthy and maintain good health at all times. In fact it's mission is to work constantly to get to get us and keep us in perfect health (1) What are you doing to create illness and obesity? and (2) Why?

  • Hey Karen... this is a great question. I am glad you asked it because it forced me to think about something that is uncomfortable for a lot of us to address. Personally, it comes down to food. It is definitely what I am putting into my body. Sugar, carbs, salt and fatty foods. My three main "possible" illness are diabetes, obesity and allergy and they all come from what I eat. HOWEVER, your spring challenge will definitely help me become more informed and aware and help me to stay on track and change my behavior
  • I normally try to eat healthy but stress causes me to snack unhealthy...which has led to my high blood pressure. I need to find healthy snacks.
