Good morning! Milestone day 9 is tomorrow, so don't forget to weigh in.
I managed to hit my goals yesterday. However, my weight hasn't changed since milestone day 8. Maybe I'll drop 2lbs tomorrow morning, but I'm just expecting to have maintained.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. 2 mile run & strength

Good morning, I managed to stay within calories yesterday and got in my cardio.
Todays goals:
stay within calories
30 min cardio - complete
drink more water0 -
Happy Thursday! I met all my goals for yesterday. Today, I am beyond tired and I'm not sure why. Could be my crazy schedule. I have another class tonight so I'm expecting my step number to be lower, and with this exhaustion that is following me today, I am not going to stress about it.
Goals for today:
1. 15 min yoga
2. Day 3 of ab/push-up challenge
3. drink 48 oz water0 -
Ugh, I should just change my goals to maintenance at this point. For what it's worth, I'm feeling better about it because I do think I see change in the mirror, even if not on the scale, and am making slow strength gains--I should measure again, even though I'm the worst person ever when it comes to measuring consistently.
Goals for today: get in some running (done) and make it to the pool; drink more water (and don't go nuts with the coffee); and stay within the calories (while avoiding random afternoon office snacks, unlike the past two days).0 -
Good afternoon everyone!!!
I'm reporting from the sidelines today. I messed up my knees I'm not sure what did it: either the heavy squats on Monday or that kickboxing Youtube workout. I want to blame the kickboxing because that's the only new thing ... I'm taking every precaution at this point, I got new shoes for lifting just to be safe and I'm going to skip legs for this week's workouts not exactly sure what to do at the gym, but I will figure something out.
Here's to a speedy recovery!!!
Have a fabulous day everyone!!!
