Hey. Was wondering if anyone wanted to let others know about their 5:2 results. Weeks on , pounds off 5:2 or 4:3? Thanks

    SW: 86kg Mid April 2013
    CW: 57-58kg reached in May/June 2014
    GW: 54-55kg
    Still 2-3kg to go, but even maintaining is a win for me.

    Started 5:2 in August 2012 (so lots of weeks!).
    Lost 34lbs overall but majority (23lbs) in first 5 months.

    I've maintained on 5:2 but much prefer 6:1 to maintain and recomp.

    Slow, but steady. I am doing 5:2

    9 weeks, I've lost about 6kgs so far. But I've lost heaps of cms and I'm toning up a lot. My bodyfat has gone down 3.5% as well

    Also, my bicycle broke down so I'm walking to work: a bit over an hour each way at a brisk pace :-)

    I go to the gym most days, I run on the treadmill every night. I do some form of exercise every day. If I don't my legs get weird. Like they want to move

    Yayyyyyy another half a kilo or one pound gone!!! I think I'm up to 9 or 10 weeks and I've lost 6.5kgs (14lbs)
