Hey. Was wondering if anyone wanted to let others know about their 5:2 results. Weeks on , pounds off 5:2 or 4:3? Thanks

Started 5:2 in August 2012 (so lots of weeks!).
Lost 34lbs overall but majority (23lbs) in first 5 months.
I've maintained on 5:2 but much prefer 6:1 to maintain and recomp.

Started the week of December 30th (2014) and I've lost 10.2 lbs
Slow, but steady. I am doing 5:20 -
In my 9th week. Down about 9 pounds.0

9 weeks, I've lost about 6kgs so far. But I've lost heaps of cms and I'm toning up a lot. My bodyfat has gone down 3.5% as well0

I go to the gym most days, I run on the treadmill every night. I do some form of exercise every day. If I don't my legs get weird. Like they want to move0
