    My Weekly Goals

    Weds Check-in

    10pm in bed - Now just to stay in bed and not get up and do things after.
    Binge Free - Day 11 ?

    Keeping it simple this week as my first goal is my main focus.

    SO strange I can't remember what day I am on... one would think I'd remember something like that. I think I'm doing as I planned on my goals putting my full focus on goal 1. lol

    OK so my Day 11 will be at the end of Thursday (4/9) PM (I'm writing this for me so I remember in a couple days.) ;) hahah

    Hi all!
    Crazy day at work but I have a few minutes to check in
    Crystallee isn't the ability to check in with the group on the app an awesome feature!

    Wednesday check in
    1. Follow the workout schedule for DVD series 3/7
    2. Check in everyday with the mini goals group 3/7
    3. 10:30 bed time 3/7
    4. 5 green days 2/5. - yesterday was a better day and I was green. Which can be tough on Wednesday since I work from home and have more access to food then when I'm in the office.
    6. Weekend goal - do not neglect MFP over the weekend

    Hi Everyone!
    I had a good day stress wise.
    I've been logging real well every day and it's helping out lots.
    I tried one new exercise thing today for my thighs.
    I was feeling ok on the buses today, and that's real good for me. I handled walking to and from 4 bus stops today too.

    I hope you all are doing alright. I read all your posts.

    Amy- so glad that your stress was low today. great job with the logging and doing the exercise. sure happy for you that the bus went pretty well. take care and keep moving forward.

    Mak- great work on your goals so far this week. remember to keep it up over the weekend. I know you can do it.

    Hearts- you are having a good week. so wise to keep your goals simple this week so you can be focused on what you need. keep it going.

    Crystal- so happy that the water before taking a bite is something that you think about and do. you are having a great week. keep checking in and keep up the wonderful work.

    Susan- still thinking of you and hope you are doing okay. take it one day at a time. take care.

    Hello! Happy Friday. It's a little quieter at work today.

    Thursday check in
    1. Follow the workout schedule for DVD series 4/7 - got my workout in after work instead of before. But I got it done.
    2. Check in everyday with the mini goals group 4/7
    3. 10:30 bed time 4/7
    4. 5 green days 3/5.

    5. Weekend goal - I will log my food this weekend and I will check in with my favorite mini goalers this weekend.

    End of the Week Check-in

    10pm in bed - Not as pleased with the end results as I'd hoped. I'll be putting this up as a goal again this upcoming week. ;)

    I'm excited to say that I did pretty good this week. I logged 6/7 days, did a lot of walking for my workouts and had 2 nights where I had snacks after dinner. So I didn't meet my goals 100%, but I am happy with what I did accomplish. Now on to a new week......

    3. 10:30 bed time 5/7 - I will say this is easier to do when I have to get up and go to work in the morning.

    5. Weekend goal - I feel like I had a good weekend. I logged my good, I checked in with you all to keep my motivation and inspiration going, and I did ok with food.
